I've refined and expanded upon Room For One. I'd love to get some more feedback before I post it. Is it compelling and creepy?

I plan on putting together a longer log for the final test, but probably will wait until after posting and seeing what the initial reaction is.

Nice! The event logs really flesh the whole article out. I especially liked incident 2, and incident 5, as simple as it is, is the one that creeped me out the most. The final incident report is the icing on the cake, as it leaves you wondering how that will play out.

The one point where I puzzled for a bit was at the end of incident 4. Knowing that the interior door is not able to be opened unless one of the subjects is deceased, it seems odd that the outside door would forcibly close for no apparent reason, given that the interior door is assumed to not be tampered with. I'm not saying that you don't have a reason in mind, or that you should spell it out for me, just that I reread that section several times in an attempt to figure out what I was "missing".

Overall it looks great, and reads like I would expect an SCP article to: Creepy, intriguing, and even somewhat funny at times. Keep it up.

I'm glad you liked it. Still have a little work to do before I publish it. I'm probably going to change incident 3 to something more interesting. Probably someone who is more trusting of their duplicate at first.

The door closed automatically once the subject exits, in this case being helped out by agents, so that the room can reset to a "clean" state. I'll probably change that behavior, though. There's no real harm in leaving it open.

Added one more civilian incident I thought would be interesting.

I made my user page today. It will automatically update with any SCPs I write.

I went through and reread all of the entries, and have to say I found all of them to be entertaining, well written, and informative to the level that I really didn't have any extra questions nagging at me. Sure, as with any SCP article there are always questions, but I just mean that I didn't have any "Hmm, I don't get this and it bothers me" type questions.

In short, good job and keep up the good work.

Thanks. While I think SCP-1157 got too many downvotes because there was a somewhat similar idea already on the site, I'm very happy with the reception they've all gotten. Knock on wood, but so far I haven't had and SCP fail enough to be deleted.

Drafting my newest SCP: http://sandbox.scp-wiki.net/ink-asylum-test

It's a fun one, based off of the Dr. Wondertainment series of fantastical toys for kids from a mysterious manufacturer.

For your new moon door one I think it would be neat to talk about some explorations into it (if you were not already planning to do so). I was just going through random articles and the "apparently" endless stair (I can't remember the name but it had some strange ghost face thingy and the sound of crying) case is a good example of what I think would work with. If that doesn't seem to unoriginal/copycat of a thing to do.

I was planning to do some exploration logs once I get back to that idea and flesh out what the world is all about.
