Steam Login Issues?

For some reason I'm unable to log in to Steam's website today. Whenever I attempt to log in I get the "Please verify your humanity by re-entering the characters below." message. Typically this is accompanied with the characters you have to retype to verify you're not an automated program logging in, but I get nothing. I've tried on Firefox, IE, and via my phone, with the same result each time. Anyone else seeing this?
