Epic's "Fate of Carmine" Campaign Raises $150,000 for Charity
Whether you voted to end the Carmine line, or Save Private Carmine, you and thousands of fellow Gears fans raised $150,000 for Child's Play according to Epic's Cliff Bleszinski. As for which fate was chosen for the latest Carmine, well, it looks like we won't be finding that out until Gears 3 is released next year.

That sucks. I never knew about this. I would of voted save Carmine. After they way his little brothers went out I always imagined him to be like more bad ass than Fenix. Them trying to live up to his status and failed to cut it.

It's worth mentioning that the shirts (both avatar and real) are still available for sale and the money will still benefit Child's Play. The only thing closed is the voting.
