I just had an amazing experience in Dark Souls today that really made me glad to be a part of that game, as a player.

Finally, I beat Catherine. My ending was great, it's what I was choosing throughout the game. The story that was told was absolutely beautiful, Team Persona always makes great storylines that really appeal to me. It was worth all the toil and effort, and trust me, it wasn't easy at all, even on normal. I'm very much looking forward to replaying this game many times, on easier and tougher difficulties. I'm playing through Nier. I saw the trailer for it awhile ago and at the time, it got me super excited for it. However, I forgot about it for awhile and its release slipped me by. So, while I was in Best Buy getting a new 360, I saw a copy of it for $30 new and I picked it up. I'm really digging the overall aesthetics of the game and the voice acting and musical score are some of the best I've seen in RPGs in quite some time. I picked up a copy of Too Human today for like $6.
It has serious "Bouncer Syndrome". By that, I mean it takes way too long for you to get back into action when you die, which is a lot.
I'm way more forgiving of The Bouncer because it was a PS2 launch title and the devs weren't familiar with all the tricks of the PS2. It lead to long loading times and irritating ally AI, who would steal your xp by getting in the last hit on an enemy.
