This step turned out to be the easiest, of course, since Windows 7 has no issues installing on my machine. I read the instructions here, but since I already had Snow Leopard installed I didn't want to reinstall it. Here are the modified steps I followed:
- Created a new partition for Win7 in Disk Utility, formatted it FAT
- Rebooted to the Win7 install cd
- Installed Win7 on the new partition
- Fully updated Win7 after install
- Rebooted with the iBoot cd
- Selected the Snow Leopard partition

Finally done installing OSX on the Hackintosh. In fact, I'm posting from it now. While installing OSX wasn't as hard as some other installs I've done, it's definitely not as easy as some people make it out to be. Be prepared to install multiple times to get the install right. Here's some tips that I discovered:
- Run Memtest before doing anything else, just to rule out bad memory.
- If you need to reinstall, remove the existing partition and create a new one. Erasing it isn't enough.

Ok, so while I'm waiting for the PC parts to get here, I figured I would do all the leg work needed before hand so I can get right into building the machine.

- Configure BIOS
- Boot iBoot
- Install OSX
- Update to 10.6.4
- Run Multibeast with my DSDT file
- Once I'm confortable with that running, move on to Win7 install
- Read this one more time
- Install Win7

I hope to get around to writing up my HTPC experience this weekend, but there is about 5% missing from it being totally complete, and it's driving me nuts. I can't wait to be done.
