Impossible. I have no name. I am like that awful brand found in your local grocery store.

I will be tackling NaNoWriMo this year, to work on an old project that fell by the wayside and will take an effort to carry to the end. I look forward to sampling your made-for-vignette novel.

That's true. I'm under the impression that many of the 20th Century philosophers don't 'get' what the early moderns, or even classical era, philosophers were trying to do. It's actually kinda sad.

Well my family business was audio cassette manufacturing. We did mostly folk pashtu/sindhi music, with some of other languages here and there. It is almost dead, with a few months of raw material left. We also had a CD plant but that business had issues that I'd rather not speak of.

My creativity mostly was confined to making old tape loop recording slave-stations to work.

I’m glad you bring that up! All day at work, thoughts of the wilderness flutter around my imagination: the saints lived in the desert and ate locusts and were the happiest men who lived.

Aren't two true humans always ready for true love, too? And I loved both of them! To hear the perspective of a stranger in a strange land, and to talk Dostoevsky and philosophy, would be worth any inconvenience, and their staying was none at all -- less than none, if you include the home-cooked meal and the camera lesson. And in fact, I found it refreshing to take on my hometown as a tourist.

I showed your friends all the hospitality the City of Roses has to offer: a bacon festival, the Scott Pemberton Trio, the Silver Falls, the food carts; and they attended, though I missed out on, an anarchist bookstore, an anti-capitalism lecture, and a Tarkovsky screening. Weird events and good beer and music: the city's most appealing features, that I think you missed on your brief passage through.

Let me know if you're ever around again, and I'll say so when I go to San Francisco.
