The motivation process starts with an unsatisfied need. The need is the spark that initiates the chain of events leading to behavioral change.
This was something I found on Google. My prof said the same thing last week in class, but I didn't remember his exact words.
But here is my problem, apparently I can't find my unsatisfied need. I think I've become so complacent with the way my life is for so long, I didn't even notice how stale it became.
