So, I started my Hackintosh/Win 7 build tonight. Here are the parts I ended up getting:
Processor: Intel Core i5 750 Processor 2.66 GHz 8 MB LGA1156
Motherboard: Gigabyte LGA1156 ATI CrossFireX ATX Motherboard GA-P55-USB3
Video Card: XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 1 GB DDR5
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 +
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-650TX 650-Watt
RAM: Corsair 4GB Dual Channel Corsair DDR3 Memory for Intel Core i5 Processors (CMX4GX3M2A1600C9)
HD: Samsung 1 TB Spinpoint
Case: Cooler Master Centurion 590
And of course some fans in case I need them. Total came out to $835.04 US. Now I'm going to get all the software ready while I sit and wait for the parts to get here.

I may have to do something like this in the future. Much as I love macs, they are just out of my price range.

I agree. The parts above build a machine better then the top of the line iMac and for half the price (monitor not included, of course).
