Nebraska
I'm going to Nebraska this weekend to visit family. I lived there for 21 years before successfully escaping to civilization nearly three years ago.
I've been dreading the trip for various reasons (mostly family drama), but now I'm looking forward to seeing my parents (divorced) and my younger sister.
I can't wait for the barrage of questions about my "lifestyle", my lack of a girlfriend, my skinny build, etc. Oh joy. :rolleyes:

If Nebraska gets too overwhelming, drive on down to my neck of the woods. Lawrence, KS is probably about as liberal as a Midwestern town is gonna get.
