Youtube tag, aspect ratio

Is there a way to embed youtube videos (youtube tag) in widescreen, rather than 4:3? If so, it's not listed on the BB code reference page. If not, it might be worth considering adding that option.

It would be nice, but I don't think it's a huge issue...whenever I want to watch/check if a vid is in HQ, I just double click wherever it's embedded and open up the Youtube page. Half the time I rate/add to favorites anyway, so it's not a huge step out of the way.

I'll look into it, but I don't believe there is a way to display a video in widescreen without hitting the "HD" or "HQ" button in the embed.

Do you mean it's only doable with HD/HQ versions, and not the default resolution?

Fixed. One of the parameters for our YouTube HD codes was incorrect. You can see it correctly now in this thread for instance (http://www.colonyofgamers.com/cogforums/showthread.php?t=9023).

If you wish to embed a HD clip into the forum use the tag (ythd)(/ythd) and it should show the widescreen version.

The (youtube)(/youtube) tag still works as well in the 4:3.

Of course take the parentheses out and put in brackets.
