No, sadly. That was just a space for the person buying the passes to customize the order, so if there was an issue you could tell them the name and they could pull it up in the system. Getting the passes with names printed on them is costly, and also makes it so you can't transfer the pass if you can't go.

I live in the Seattle area and will be coming to PAX on FRIDAY only, confirmed. Last year I went all 3 days, but this year my wife convinced me to register for Kumoricon in Portland which conflicts with the last two days of PAX! Argh!

I am also looking to break into the games industry here in Seattle, in any capacity, after 10 years of IT work. Yes, that means I will consider entering data into spreadsheets all day as a producer grunt, if need be, for half the money I make now. Yes, Chris Taylor, I'm talking to YOU! Or I can just do IT work for a game studio. Any leads are appreciated. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that just having reviewed thousands of games, and having a BSCS degree, is enough to get anywhere in this field. Not without some designed levels and XNA demos, no doubt. :(

I won't be in the car, I'll be in the convention center, which I will leave at that point, quite possibly missing one of my hands after things have gone wrong during set-up.

The line for the concerts were in the room where we had to wait to get in that Friday and someone pulled out a deck of cards while the other lot of ya' went to town on the Metroid pinball game.

We had sunlight in that sumo area. And, if memory serves, it was right before we went to go eat dinner at the little sushi bar down at the bottom of the hill (before you and I went to the malls, and I got a DS). I want to say that this was that Saturday afternoon.

Looks like the wife and I will be down for Von's. We probably won't be there until 5:30 because she doesn't get off work until 5PM and traffic will probably make us there between 5:30 and 6PM

Also, for those of you who remember Wonda Mic aka Everyone vs. Dinosaurs, he may be coming. He doesn't post often anymore, but I told him he was welcome to come to the dinner. He's just as ridiculous in person as he is on the forum, so I'm hoping he comes.

Thanks for the welcome! I would totally grab one up if I was not in the middle of paying down my student loans. Thanks to them I'm running a pretty tight budget, and will be doing so for a while :( By next year I should be in MUCH better shape and then I can buy the CoG PAX '10 shirt!
