The Target near me has the Collectors Edition of GTA IV for $45.98 on clearance, they had maybe seven or eight copies. Your mileage will vary, the next town over had them, but they were only clearanced to $59.98.
Would have hit this up myself, but I already have the CE, and pretty much everyone I know at least has the game.
