I was reading an interview from China Mieville, and I found out they're publishing an RPG, Tales of New Crobuzon, based on his books:

I haven't played a pen-and-paper RPG in almost twenty years, but this one might tempt me to pick it up.
Anyone else going to get this game? Or have any interest in it?

That sounds pretty interesting. I loved Perdido Street Station but haven't gotten around to reading The Scar. I've read some of his other works as well.
I wish I wasn't busy on Friday because he is going to be in town but it's my wife's birthday and we have other plans during the reading. This is the second time I've missed him coming to town. Hopefully he will come back when Kraken releases next year.

This took a lot longer than I figured it would.
Read the Scar, it will change your life.

Everyone I know who has read it says it's not as good as Perdido Street Station. I've been putting it off but now I may have to pull it off the shelf.

Both are extremely good, I preferred The Scar because the setting was awesome, and I liked the main character a little more.
