Just curious... have you guys abandoned numbering each episode? The obsessive-compulsive side of me is sad at not seeing them all numbered sequentially.

It's a gift... and a curse.

Yep. Episode numbers are gone. I apologize to the Mr. Monk inside everyone.

Why are you doing this to us?
Do you hate us?
Have we wronged you?

Fuck you guys, I'm numbering them.

DDMMYY?! But if we're trying to keep them in some sort of order, it'd make the most sense for it to be YYMMDD! :(

(I never realized it'd bother me that much till just now. How odd.)

(I never realized it'd bother me that much till just now. How odd.)I'm a huge proponent of YYMMDD. Then again, I like to think it the year 12008 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holocene_calendar), so, I'm crazy. (And for bonus insanity, I think we should switch to the International Fixed Calendar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Fixed_Calendar).)

you're completely right, YYMMDD makes way more sense. the filenames will change in the future :)

Those are both pretty interesting ideas, particularly the International Fixed Calendar. Sounds a bit complicated, but if Eastman Kodak could do it, I'm sure we can, too!

Hooray! Thank you, sir! :)

Sadly, this looks to be the metric system of calendars. A more logical way to deal with the issue, but will never catch on in America.

Good ol' America. Our citizens could be told that using the metric system will give them an instant orgasm, and they'd still hold off.

THAT would be an interesting hypothetical situation though.

traditional numbering is so last year; date-numbering not only assigns a unique id to each episode, but also provides you with more information, RIGHT AT YOUR FINGERTIPS.

truly, we live in the future.
