Are the WotS games any good?

That's a ... really odd trailer that doesn't actually show anything.

WotS 1&2 were great games, almost a groundhog day, Samurai style. You'd play through 3 days (1st game) or 5-7 days (Second game) and each time through would keep the items/weapons from your last play-throughs. Quite a lot of fun, and some bloody carnage at times too.

Needed combat. Also I didn't like what I saw when he ran into the other guy. A bunch of silly grunts.

Remember loving the first one. Never did play much of the second. Looking forward to seeing this stateside eventually.

As long as it ain't the steaming pile that Kengo game for 360 was. ugh!

[Variable Gear]

It looks way too similar to the other WotS games. There's way too much linearity and seemingly reused environments in that gameplay snippet. It'd be fun to see just how interesting an open-world WotS game could be.
