Ubisoft let loose with some information today concerning a couple of their franchises.
First up is "Ghost Recon 4 (http://www.joystiq.com/2009/04/29/ubisoft-announces-ghost-recon-4/)" (was there ever a Ghost Recon 3?). And well, that's about all you'll get on that. Ubisoft hopes to have it out before this time next year. But other than that, nothing else is known about the game.
Ubisoft also gave us a release window for the long delayed "Splinter Cell: Conviction (http://www.joystiq.com/2009/04/29/splinter-cell-conviction-set-for-release-by-christmas-2009/)". Now, it could have been the slip of the tongue, but the game was lumped in with other titles set to be released in the holiday season of this year.
It's very little information on both titles, but with the former, we didn't see it coming and with the latter, well, any news is good news, right?
We're almost sure to find out more in about a month during this year's E3.
