I am many things. I am a skilled photo shopper. What I lack is Photo Shop and the money to buy it. 700 for what I use to fuck around with is a lot. Gimp is getting better, but I do not have the time to learn a third shopping software, Corel is decent but lacks the high level stuff.
I am sick of my site's Fisher Price quality logo. Which is just an Open Clip Art character and a sans-serif font type.
You will get great thanks, and I can probably throw in a game or something.

What high-level stuff do you use in Photoshop that Corel doesn't have? I don't doubt the veracity of your claim, I'm just curious what these things are as I use CorelDRAW suite pretty regularly (mostly PHOTO-PAINT). I'm not a high-level user, though.

It is very much a program for people desiring more basic photo manipulation. Draw is the equivalent of PhotoShop Elements. The options for layering in particular are not fun. I had to fight it to do a lot of the blending and deforming functions just to make a podcast logo the last time I used it.
It could also just be an interface thing. Very Un-Adobe, like Gimp.
