I saw this trailer over on tor.com for Moon. It looks like a pretty interesting new take on the whole 2001: A Space Odyssey sort of theme. I've embedded it here but check it out in HD on Youtube

I hate when trailers reveal a twist.

I hate when trailers reveal a twist.

Ehhh, you never know maybe it's NOT the twist and the twist is something completely different. Or you know, maybe that's the whole movie right there. Trailers showing the best parts of the movie are the worst in my opinion.

looks cool. will drag the wife to go see it, though she does like Sam Rockwell so it shouldn't be too much of a struggle.

Looks pretty interesting, though I will admit a moment of panic there at about 1:43 when we see a glimpse of a love scene; I had to go back and pause it to make sure it wasn't Sam Rockwell getting it on with himself.

Unfortunately, they do seem to put a lot of scenes important to a movie's story in trailers anymore. It's one of the reasons I tend to only watch teaser trailers.
The other trailer specific thing they tend to do that pisses me off is when they showcase nearly all the action sequences of a movie in the trailer, and give you the impression that the entire movie is action-packed. Then you see it, and the only action/fight scenes in the entire movie were all shown in the trailer.

This movie seems interesting, but they could have cut out the part where he finds "himself" and it would have seemed just as interesting without revealing what I assume is an important plot development.

Sam Rockwell is awesome. I'm looking forward to this movie though I won't watch this trailer thanks to some of the comments here. I wish movie trailers restricted themselves to the first half hour of film.

I've been following this one for a little while and it seems like a really good return to the more sciencey sci-fi films like 2001, silent running etc.

I'm surprised that we actually see so few films that capitalize on the concept of being in deep space to take us out of our comfort zone and accentuate the sheer alien environment. But then most people seem to think that sci-fi = lazers.

It looks interesting, but the idea that they would have only one person up there (or any small group) for three years is highly unbelievable. When they are only at the moon, and they clearly have the tech to get stuff there, why risk so much by having one person there for so long?

I'll see anything with Sam Rockwell in it.
