This one was probably on the wall a while ago, what with Shaun White being an official Target athlete. Anyway, there will be an exclusive edition of Shaun White Snowboarding available on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii from Target.

The Target edition will include exclusive extended content and features that folks won't be able to find anywhere else, including the Target Mountain – exclusive to this version.

Gamers will also be able to take advantage of exclusive jibs, additional scenes and more characters. Additionally, players will be able to cozy up in the game’s virtual version of the Target Chalet, the real-life mountainside home where Shaun and his fellow Target athletes hang out with friends and family at the annual Winter X Games in Aspen, Colorado. Among other exclusive features, the Target Chalet is the only indoor environment anywhere in the game.

If you're excited about this game and have no qualms about shopping at Target, head on down and pre-order your copy with a $5 deposit.

Shaun White Snowboarding with be available in stores from November 16th on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii, and is rated by the ESRB as T.

Great news. I am hoping this will be a good game for my Wii Balance Board.

If this turns out good, something I am still very skepticle about, this will be the version I go with.

Man I hate Shaun White though.

You said Target nine times. My mind hurts.

I targeted more than eight mentions of Target, and less than 10 mentions of Target. Looks like I hit my target dead-on.

Retail exclusive versions of game shouldn't have content that ads significantly to the gameplay like this does.

He has a whole clothing line exclusive to Target. I think that's what he was trying to infer.

We don't have Target's in Canada (I don't think they're outside of the USA, anywhere). So thanks for the heads up.

Target has stores in India... and Japan, I think?

I remember reading the company newsletter when I worked there, and reading about all the different places worldwide where they were opening stores. I'd think Canada would be on that list somewhere (especially with the headquarters being in Minnesota), but apparently not.

According to Wiki (yes, not necessarily true), Target is only in the United States. They opened up units in India that covers all of their holdings (like Target.com, Target Financial, etc.) probably as an outsourcing operation.

I've disliked him ever since that stupid Boost mobile commercial he was in.

Oh god! That was him?!

I am perfectly fine with this as long as it's not GameStop having the exclusive edition.

I think the message of the press release was very on Target.
