Interesting. I've been listening to the old GFW podcasts the last few days and they really were a lot of fun.

I wonder if Ryan Scott will actually talk now.

Hmm...they should have let this die honestly, move PC gaming talk over to other podcasts. Kind of a slap in the face to the major people that left and all the talk of "final GFW podcast" a bit ago.

I don't know. They aren't claiming they're the new GFW, they're just trying to start up a new PC gaming podcast and GFW is the space they had to start with. I imagine when they figure out a new name for the podcast it'll become it's own beast.

Yah, I saw this pop up on my iPhones this morning...had to double check the date to make sure it wasn't an old one that got tagged as new. Will be listening soon...after IGF, and Co-opticast, of course ;)

I remember when Shawn was a host on 1Up yours, or whenever Jeff came on. Those forum fuckers cried for "the PC nerds to be kept off of their console podcast." GFW was more than PC gaming, it was 1Ups only free form podcast. The others are good, but the segmented way they go off can bet a bit dry. Intros, News, viewer mail, topic of the day, repeat...
