"You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it."

So your in the middle of a divorce and you let yourself be quoted saying that? If you didn't already think Hogan had lost his mind you know it now.

Are you married?

"I get it" too. That doesn't mean, "I condone it." It means, "I get it."

I get it. Big time. Dumb thing to say, but I get it. Yes, I do.

I'm not surprised that he gets it....it's just stupid as hell to actually say it.

Restraining order in 3.. 2.. 1.. if one is not already in place.

And his leg drop was the weakest finishing move in the history of wrestling.

The straight kick with his foot of steel to the face is what knocks people out, he just does the leg drop for entertainment purposes ;)

Was it a stupid thing to say out loud? Absolutely.

But I can't say I blame him. Whether you like him or hate him, he busted his ass, literally, through decades of blood, sweat, and tears to make it to the point he was at. His wife takes it all out from under him...and she hasn't done shit, and doesn't do shit. The few times I've seen her on TV she was a typical rich-bitch. The hardest thing she appeared to do on a daily basis was eat and complain.

And don't even try the "she was supporting him through it all" BS. She wasn't getting tossed around by steroid monstrosities, some of them even larger than him, and getting her face smashed in on a regular basis. Fuck her "support".

That is why if you are rich it's much cheaper to forget getting married and just stick to high class hookers, keep all your money and cars and houses and get to bang hot models from Brazil any time you like.

Just ask Paul McCartney if it was worth all that money and BS for a few years of wedded bliss (lol!), hell for his money you can even get girls with both legs!

I'm not saying she's NOT in the wrong, because she probably is, but if you read Mick Foley's autobiographies you can really get a feeling for how important a stable wife can be for a wrestler. It's touching, really.

Mick Foley is an inspirational human being. I watched that documentary-like DVD released a few years ago, and I got the impression that his wife and family were a huge part of his life...in a good way.

Amazing how one man can be so...brutalized, and yet be the nicest guy in the world. Just don't ever pick a fight with him. He would break his own arm off and beat you to death with it. He would say he was sorry, though.

I just wanted to clarify that a lot of people have said "She was his support, he wouldn't have made it without her!"...whether that was true at one time or not...she certainly hasn't supported shit anytime I've ever seen her. I get the impression that Mick's wife truly does support and love him, Hogan's wife seems to be nothing more than a gold-digging bitch.

A side note:

I wonder what his wife's 19 year-old boyfriend will think when he hears this. It's bad enough when you know someone is out to get you.

Imagine living every day knowing that Hulk motherfucking Hogan could show up and want a piece of your ass. That kid is probably shitting his huggies.

I'd have nightmares of a boot to the face and wake up screaming after he hit the leg drop.

If you read his auto you get the feeling she was like this forever.
She basically was always playing hard to get and always felt better than him. Sometimes this works in a relationship, sometimes it doesn't but I will say this.
I get what he was saying and it would fucking BURN me up if I was him.
I actually think acknowledging something is better than holding it in. Lets just hope he doesn't leg drop that little shit.

No offense, but there is no one to blame for Hulk Hogan's world of F'd up reality other than the Hulkster himself. Don't surround yourself with ingrates and a'holes, don't let your kids run amuck, don't marry a whore, don't think that just because you have money that means that it is going to shield you from your own stupidity. And whatever you do, don't be on a reality show on VH1...

And saying you "understand OJ" means you are f'd in the head. Serious. You should never "understand" that murder is a solution to your relationship problem. You are scum of the earth.

You know, stuff normal people already know. In the words of a real American hero, I PITY THE FOOL!

I'm certainly not defending OJ, but I think almost everyone on Earth has, at one time or another, at least half-entertained the thought of fucking someone up royally. Thinking about grievious bodily harm or murder is a lot different from actually carrying out the deed.

I'll admit it. If my wife left me for some 19 year old punk... Yeah. I could see some pretty heinous thoughts floating through my noggin. Would I carry them out? Probably not.

I heard similar about him, same thing has happened to football and hockey players where one day they seem fine, and suddenly change into raging killers for no apparent reason due to far too many concussions, very sad.

Actually, it means you're human. If you go ahead and bloody your gloves through killing them, then you're f'd in the head.

And if you say you've never entertained violent thoughts, I'll say you're a liar.

I never said I've never had violent thoughts. I play video games, I'm nothing but a pool of violent thoughts... But those are just against the Russians, mutants and make believe third world countries.

I'm saying, that I've never had violent thoughts about women. And I wouldn't harm my wife if she cheated on me either. I'd simply leave her and move on with my life. My brain just doesn't work that way. Call me a liar all you want. I can't possibly fathom harming a woman that was not attempting to do me or my family physical harm. Being a bitch does not warrant a beat down/murder. In fact, being a bitch means you aren't worth a second of my time.

No offense, but I see your arguement as no different than saying "Well, it's okay if I just think about fiddling a kiddo, it's only wrong if I actually do it.". Sorry, that doesn't hold water in my book.

No offense, but this, to me, sounds like a problem...like a type of emotional dissociative condition. If you can be in a relationship of emotional, physical, mental, and intimacy, and you can imagine her cheating on you, and [I]just walking away...

then I don't see myself as the one with the problem here.

Thoughts of violence and/or anger are a part of the human condition. They're tied to our emotions, our physical state, and all normal people have them at times of extreme distress or stress. The abnormal, or at the very least absolutely unacceptable, response is to act upon them...or to be consumed by them to the exclusion of any kind of mental or emotional moderation in one's feelings/thinking.

Just show up at his bedside, get your face about 6 inches from his, tap him on the nose and when he opens his eyes, say "Boo!"

He got his ass kicked for a living, what do you expect? I spent most of my younger years boxing but even at 18 I was smart enough to realize that if I continued I was going to end up in pretty rough shape. I really don't sympathize at all.

I'm in a very loving, very committed marriage of 9 years. I would say yes, growing up as an air force kid and moving 10-12 times, I have an ability to compartmentalize and seperate logic from emotion. I don't know that I would necessarily see that as a "disorder", but I can see how some people may perceive it that way. But I know two things: 1) I love my wife enough that if things went to crap, that I would just walk away and not try to mess up her life because I owe her that for all the great years she has given me 2) If my wife were to do something so awful that a normal person would in their mind act out murdering them, then she wasn't the woman I knew in my head. And in that case, the "love" we had was either one sided or the person I loved was just acting. And don't give me the "people make mistakes" bs. That's a cop out. People always do the pros and cons of an action before doing it. People just have remorse when they get caught or end up realizing the cost benefit wasn't what they thought.

I simply see that violence against the women, children, animals, the weak and defenseless, mentally or otherwise, simply shows a lack of ability by the person to adequately express in words their real feelings. They have no means to express themselves other than through violence. I feel bad for those people. To have the inability to express your frustrations in a constructive manner, to actually resolve whatever issue you are having. Don't get me wrong, I know it's the norm. And I know you are going to say "working it out mentally is a way to resolve your issues". In some cases I see that. But again, violence isn't actually an solution to people that wrong you. It's also while society is a f'in mess.

I also look at drug use, alcohol abuse in the same way. You lack the skills to cope with the hurdles in your life, so you hide in an alternate reality. In the end though, you still have to deal with your problems and now you have wasted time avoiding it and probably destroyed the relatioships with everyone that cared about you in the process.

I'm sure at this point you've become so enraged with my inpassonate response that you've cut off my nuts, eaten my face, and are preparing to mount my still warm corpse. But hey, if that makes me the one with the disorder for not seeing the benefit, then I am perfectly fine with that. :)

Like I said, I understand your position, I just don't operate that way.

Agreed, I don't really understand how someone could let their life spin out of control like this. I don't get why Hogan couldn't have found a nice girl, who was also hot; they do exist, and I'm sure that being a rich celebrity would have allowed him to easily find one who'd be with him. If you marry a gold digger, you shouldn't be surprised when she runs off with all your monies.

You should never "understand" that murder is a solution to your relationship problem.

I don't think it was ever intended to be a solution for their "relationship" problems, but more a solution to his financial troubles (with the ex-wife being the financial trouble).

Actually, I'd assume being rich would make it HARDER to find a well adjusted woman who wasn't out to actively try to steal your money. Not every gold digger is open about it.
