Windows Media Player Library in Win 7

I'm having issues with using Libraries in Windows 7 where they basically don't update as files are added to the folders they are supposed to be watching. I stream a lot of videos to my 360, but after switching to Win 7, it's become very frustrating. The weird part is that it eventually detects new files, just randomly, usually if I open Windows Media Player enough times eventually it decides there are new files that it should track.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Nope, it's indexing the folder I set to be part of the library.
