Booted up the PC today and started listening to music with Winamp. Started browsing and hit a flash video but there was no audio. Well, I checked a few more videos / flash audio streams and no sound on anything. Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> says "No Audio Device"

But I am listening to music right now so I don't get it.
Using on board 'Realtek HD Audio'
I uninstalled the old driver and installed the newest one (4/2/2009, yesterday!). Same thing going on.

Seemed to resolve it by messing with some settings and rebooting (disabled Windows Audio, rebooted, set it to Automatic and rebooted again.. it was already set to automatic so wtf)

I've had that before and did the exact same thing, annoying though.

It keeps doing it now, something is wrong with the Audio service. Disabling it, rebooting, setting it back to automatic, then rebooting seems to be the only work around.
