The Official Left 4 Dead site now has a blog to give fans the inside scoop on the upcoming co-op zombie game. The first post is now live, you check it out here. (Courtesy of Steam News)
Since we announced Left 4 Dead in late 2006, the growing online community has been a great source of feedback and support during the development process. We're planning on using this blog to talk more directly with that community - through stories, artwork, and insights into our design and development process. There's also a Left 4 Dead forum where we're hoping you'll let us know what you think of the blog, the game, or anything else L4D-related.

It seems that they've moved the release date forward again - from the 20th to the 19th (although it was originally slated for the 18th) (http://www.l4d.com/blog/images/boxes.gif)
I have really enjoyed the information that has come from Valve in its TF2 blog, so I really hope this follows.
