Thought it might be nice idea to get some discussion on what podcasts you guys listen to. Gaming or otherwise.
The few I make sure I consistantly listen to:
CAGcast - CheapyD and Wombat always amuse me.
Smodcast - Kevin Smith & Scott Mosier, it's like a weekly Evening With...
Joystiq Podcast - Obvious
1up Yours - Again, obvious. Though to be honest, this one is starting to annoy me. Either due to the N'gai love affair or the "I'm such a gaming fanboy" attitude.
Anyway, what are yours?

I've listened to every single episode of GFW Radio. I MISS THAT SHOW. I'm currently exploring GJW and PC Gamer. So far the lulz are not as epic as in GFW :/.
The http://platformbiased.com/ podcast is pretty good.

I fixed that for you. You can thank me later.
I try to listen to our show when I can; I think you can learn a lot for seeing it from the listener viewpoint.
Other than that, I jump around. I try to sample one a week; it just gives me a perspective on where we are compared to others. I will say that I really don't like Joystiq's podcast; I'm not sure what it is, but i really don't enjoy listening to that one.

I listen to This American Life- all the time. I have a 30 minute commute to work so one episode gets me there and back. And I love Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me.
I change up what gaming podcasts I listen to, the most recent and regular on my list have been The Moofcast and The Superhappyfuntimeshow
And of course, In-Game Chat.

I will add to my original list now that I am home and can look at what I actually have subscribed.
Retronauts - Decent show, but I could live with out it.
40k Radio - Pretty good podcast about Warhammer 40,000
Achievement Junkie - Use to be much better, less about games these days. Natalie is a cutie though.
Downloadable Content - Wish this was updated on a more regular basis. Cracks me up without fail.
Giant Bomb - Pretty good overall, I do not use the site at all though.
I have been trying out a few new gaming podcasts of late for a bit of variety:
Player One Podcast
Extra Life Radio
Podtoid
Film Junk Podcast
Nothing outstanding here, probably because I miss most of the in-jokes, and I have only listened to them an episode or two each.
I've also listened to the Dennis Miller Show in podcast form quite a bit, it is generally a pretty decent show and I have always enjoyed Dennis Miller to a degree. I also enjoy that HBO has put out previously aired episodes of Real Time with Bill Maher, they have their moments.
TWiT, 1up FM from time to time, Major Nelson.. and of course, In-Game Chat.

I see Giant Bomb coming up a lot here... has anyone else been really frustrated with that site post-launch? The little blog style thing they had going before their site was completely finished was awesome. But that nonsense they have now is just agitating, and it feels to me like they're trying really hard to be edgy just for the sake of being edgy. I don't get the feeling they're being genuine in the least, but I could be wrong. I've gotten completely turned off to that site lately.
Also, they don't put "read more" breaks in their news posts, thus clogging up my google reader. Maybe that's just why I'm angry.
Downloadable Content - When it updates
Hi My Name Is Mark - Ditto
In-Game Chat - Been listening every week since about episode 50 under Phil and Amanda.
Marvel Podcasts - Because I'm a comic geek.
Crypto-Gram Security Podcast - Because I'm a computer geek.
Co-Opticast - As of today. Listening to the first episode right now in face.
I also listen to a bunch of Radio 1 podcasts to keep up to date with new releases etc...

As for me, I really only listen to IGC live (and now the Thursday one), and I listen to This American Life when I'm at the gym. Other than that, the only stuff I get to occasionally is All Songs Considered with Bob Boilen, and The Onion Radio News.

I usually listen to In-Game chat, Penny Arcade's Downloadable Content when it's up, and 1Up Yours or 1Up FM when I feel like it. Pretty short commute means not much time for all that much.
The only podcast I never miss is NPR's All Songs Considered (http://www.npr.org/templates/rundowns/rundown.php?prgId=37). They play new music that I would never hear anywhere else, and I really recommend it.

OK for me and my 3 hour (total) commute my ears are assaulted with the following:
1Up Yours
Retronauts AKA 'Wasn't the NES the greatest console ever?' *sigh*
1Up FM
OneLifeLeft <- One of the best podcasts out there IMHO.
In Game Chat (of course)
Bobby Blackwolf Show
Gamers With Jobs
The Videogame Show from Sarcastic Gamer
Giant Bombcast (not a must listen to these days since they appear to be a tad elitist in their comments of late).
Smodcast - A must listen to. If you haven't check out the Rapture episode, funniest podcast I ever heard.
Game Hounds - Well presented show with some insightful comments
Podtoid - Only for Mr Sterling who's an excellent saturist. Their sound production is abysmal however :(
RIP: GFW and Game Theory. Both great shows that suffered from podfade (
Unsubscribing:
Sarcastic Gamer - Red Show (about to unsubscribe as Doc crying in the mic for a charity run was just not cricket in my view)

Sorry for the massive bump in this thread.... but seeing that new podcasts come out all the time, and a lot of us seem to be podcast listeners I thought I'd throw out some recommendations that weren't mentioned:
NLCast (Nobody's Listening podcast) - generally laughing at life's moments
Geek Loves Nerd (done by the same guy) - more of a family oriented podcast
Outlandish Podcast- a WoW podcast that is probably the best one that I've listened to.

I never miss an episode of....
In-Game Chat - Not trying to suck up here but I have never listened to an episode I didn't find something I found damn interesting. Only been listening for a few months though.
1UP Yours - Interesting, entertaining, and I like the usually long length for Mondays at work.
1UP FM - Damn good show.
CAG Cast - The banter between Cheapy and Wombat is usually interesting, Wombat can occasionally be grating but not enough to have an affect on my enjoyment of the show.
IGN Three Red Lights Podcast - This podcast is hilarious, they hardly ever talk about games for more than half the show they just make jokes about GI Joe and Gobots and other stuff from my childhood.
Also, shameless plug, News for Geeks Podcast(contest to give a proper name, good prize). Featuring myself and our very own TurboKinny, Zrkiz, and occasionally Landon Loki Neale.
I always loved TurboKinny when she was with the IGC crew, so I'll make sure to check this out later today.

No one seems to have mentioned The Bugle. John Oliver (of the Daily Show) and his old timey comedy partner Andy Zaltzman, doing a weekly 'audio newspaper for a visual world' for The Times. Top stuff.
Gareth Jones On Speed is a good one for the car nuts, with Richard Porter of Evo magazine and Top Gear - very much the fishbang of car podcasting :)
And the Mark Kermode film reviews podcast. While he's so wrong about the Excorcist, and Big Lebowski, he's usually very right about films.
And I'm quite partial to radiolab.
That's on top of all the mentioned ones - the 1up ones. IGC. Downloadable Content, &c.

Every week, I listen to:
This American Life - the podcast I look forward to the most each week
RadioLab - talks about cool science-type stuff, the way they edit the sound is pretty awesome - this description isn't doing the podcast justice, go listen to it!
Freakanomics Podcast - they just started releasing this one weekly, and I love it!
Planet Money - everyone but me in my carpool hates it, but I love economics and they do a great job explaining things
Wait Wait Don't Tell Me - news quiz show, usually very entertaining every now and then it's a dud
The Moth - if you like This American Life, you'll like The Moth (their stories are used frequently on TAL)
All of these podcasts update weekly, with the exception of Planet Money (which is 2-3 times a week). I get way behind when it comes to podcasts that come out daily.
EDIT: NPR's All Songs Considered is also OK, but I can't handle the podcast every week. A little too...hipster? for my tastes (I am not sure how to describe it, but there's way too much praise for my liking when it comes to songs that sound like a bunch of electronic noise). Every couple of months they will have a big show like "Best of the Year" or "Upcoming Summer Albums" and I always really enjoy listening to those shows. I think this podcast is at its best when they are discussing listener picks for top music, as opposed to their own.

I'm surprised I never posted in this thread. I listen to podcasts practically all day, often more than music.
Most of my podcasts fit into one of three categories: Geek, News/Politics, Comedians.
Geek
Frogpants Studios - This is a slate of podcasts on a variety of geek topics, especially movies and video games. It's helmed by Scott Johnson, who hosts easily a half dozen of the shows, and his extended circle of podcasting friends do the rest. Great chemistry between hosts on all shows and consistently hilarious.
Buzz Out Loud - A great daily show covering tech news.
This Week in Tech - Like the above, but weekly and with more guest hosts from around the tech world.
News/Politics
KCRW's Left Right & Center - A good roundtable discussion featuring voices from all political stripes that manages to stay civil.
Slate's Political Gabfest - Similar to the above, but more center/left leaning.
NPR - Talk of the Nation - Thankfully divided up by story so I only listen to the ones that catch my eye.
NPR - Intelligence Squared - Great debates on important topics by vastly intelligent people every month or so.
Real Time with Bill Maher
NPR - Wait Wait, Don't Tell Me
Comedians
Judge John Hodgman - A hilarious court-style show for petty disagreements.
The Nerdist - Chris Hardwick hosts fellow comedians and celebrities. Also funny, with great insights into the comic profession.
WTF with Marc Maron - A darker and more intense version of the above.
You Look Nice Today - Incredibly funny, but rarely updates.
