There is a baseball game on Wednesday at 3:40pm Angels @ Sea for anyone interested.

Can get the cheap seats for $7 or $9 depending on where we want to sit (Center or Left, respectively). They're $1 more if you buy it on the day of instead of in advance.

I'm pretty sure Rogue wanted to go, anyone else?

Edit: Okay, so they raised the prices. Left Field NO SUNSHINE ISSUES is $15/person.

Send your $15 to me on paypal Alatheia @ gmail.com I will buy the tickets a few days before the game.

Unfortunately I won't be able to go to the game because I'll be doing airport runs :(

Stealing my thread. For shame. But yes, this should be fun, just as long as we're not in the sun/cloud alternating thing again. Center field was cheap, as much as 50% cheaper on game day versus left field. But there was that cloud cover that kept screwing up and not hiding the sun.

I'll be wearing my Angels hat for sure.

Left Field, $9 each, gets us out of the sun/cloud thing because the sun will be behind our backs :p

Yeah, day of game all the prices shoot up drastically. If we get a bunch of people that want to go... I'd suggest paypal-ing me the $9 and I'll run down there and get the tickets on the 1st or something.

This is something I'd be interested in. Once I get my hotel situation taken care of, I should know if I'll be in on Wednesday or not. You know, either way, I'm sure I'd be able to find a floor to crash on if I showed up a day early...

Center last year kind of sucked because the scoreboard and the big screen was right above us. Maybe you guys should get there early and try to sit closer to the field/ far enough to see the screen.

I'll be wearing my Angels hat for sure.

Oh, I didn't know you owned a Dodgers Jr. hat. ;)

Stealing my thread.

Hey, hey, I seem to recall being the one who created the PAX baseball thread at EvAv last year!

(Honestly, I don't care who started/starts what thread. Just wanted to give Rouge a hard time about it. :D)

Eh, the Angels are actually winning consistently, and have made the playoffs. Though, being the "Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim" they are still the mini-Dodgers.

Bah to you, showing up in the 3rd/4th inning. And you didn't even bring your DS (or forgot/got lazy to go to the download station).

Buying the tickets in advance would almost guarantee that there would be no issues with the screen ;)

An interesting new addition to the Nintendo Fan Network at Safeco: http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3173699

ESPN, other sports news, and ordering food, all through your DS.

Didn't we try this last year and failed miserably?

Rini forgot her DS, or forgot to go do the download station to download the software. Something like that.

This year they added ESPN, and the ability to check other sports, and closed captioning for the PA system. Hopefully they will add the video from the big screen to it at some point, for those that are under the screen.

Seating and Pricing chart (http://seattle.mariners.mlb.com/sea/ballpark/seating_pricing.jsp). Where are we sitting? How much will it cost per person? How do we pay?

I suggest left field because then the sun will be behind us.

They are $15/person if you get them in advance so I suggest paypal your $15 to me and I'll go get the tickets ahead of time. That way can also get front row of the section

So, are we going to this game or what's the deal?

The main people that were originally wanting to go won't be in Seattle in time to go to it so I'm thinking not going to the game.

Umm, the main people wanting to go were me, mot and crash...last I checked, none of our schedules have changed. They can post if it has indeed changed, but I'm still under the impression that the three of us will be there well before 3:30 pm on Wednesday.

Where are we sitting/how much will it cost?

I'm not picking any of you up so you're not on my list so no idea when any of you are coming in and because of my pickup times I can't go to the game :p

Here's a seating chart with prices (http://seattle.mariners.mlb.com/sea/ballpark/seating_pricing.jsp). The top of the chart is north and the scoreboard is in Center Field. I suggest left field but you can sit wherever you want.

Alright, 3 people are going and it was cheaper to pick up a four pack of tickets. We have one spot available for $30 if you're interested - let me know!

Edit: Tickets are on the third base line.

Well, it looks like I can't get that Weds off work so I won't be able to go to the game. I do have Friday off though and I will be available after 4PM PDT on Thursday.
