NaNoWriMo 2008 (http://www.nanowrimo.org/) was a lot of fun and it was great having the support of my fellow CoGers. When I finished my 50k words, I decided I would take a break for a month and begin editing.

Well, I haven't looked at my story since, too easily remembering too much about all the faults it has and not wanting to face them. I had almost resigned myself to just accepting that I was not going to do anything with the book and that I would just be content to have completed it in a month, regardless of its state. It was then that I saw a reference to NaNoEdMo in the NaNoWriMo RSS feed.

NaNoEdMo (http://www.nanoedmo.net/xoops2/), or "National Novel Editing Month," is a similar event that focuses on taking the novel you completed for NaNoWriMo and spending 50 hours editing during the month of March.

I know that there were several others here who completed the NaNoWriMo, and even more who started and decided that they were going to finish later. Is anyone interested in participating in this? I figured we could use this thread in a similar manner to the NaNoWriMo one.
