At EvAv a while back somebody linked to a 40K site that was really helpful and informative. I've Googled and Yahooed and can't find it. I even went back through the last 10 pages of search results at EvAv looking for the thread, and I still couldn't find it.
What sites do you guys here rely on? I just started last spring, and due to a schedule change at work, I haven't even played a game yet! Sounds like they're doing a new night of 40K at my local comic book shop, though, so I'm looking forward to leading my Templars into battle soon.

I used to visit Warseer (http://warseer.com/) a fair while ago, and I don't know if it's still good or not. It used to be a pretty big, active forum.

This Site (http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Main_Page) has a ton of information on the 40K universe. Don't know if that's what you are looking for though.

Warseer is a good forum. Especially if you have questions on rules, or just want to discuss strategy for your armies.

What are you looking for? Rules?
Not really. The site that was linked to had some good previews of the (then) upcoming new units like the Space Marines drop pods and stuff, and it seemed to have some good articles on painting and stuff like that. The site was well laid out and had great pictures, something that most Warhammer sites lack.
So mostly I'm looking for a site that focuses on the collecting/building/hobbyist aspect of 40K.

http://www.bartertown.com/ is also a great place for actually obtaining minis/books for all systems from other players. Some great 40k deals can be had over there.
