Blogs: Posting saved Drafts

Now, I may be blind, but I can't seem to find a way to post my saved draft. When I'm viewing the draft the only options that show up are "save now" and "preview" I'm not seeing any option to post it to my blog. Even if I go "post to my blog" at the top is has an option to load information from a saved draft, but then that just loops back around to the saved draft page where there is no option that I see to post it.

I believe there's a dropdown menu further down that lets you switch from doing a saved draft to a regular post.
