As soon as the video is up I'm going to post it, because this one was even funnier and I think NBC is rolling in the popularity. They nailed both candidates in this one, but of course Tina stole the show. I might just post them all together so everyone can find them and discuss them directly. What did you think of tonight's skit. I tell you one thing, these are so funny, they can keep them up well after the election and it'd be worth making fun of Palin's sorry ass.

EDIT:Thanks for Suave Peanut for linking us! Click here for the clip! (http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/vp-debate-open-palin-biden/727421/)
"Oh and for those of you playing the Palin drinking game... Maverick!"

Please don't turn this into a P&R btw, I am already a bit afraid of this thread getting closed for that reason. Use this to discuss Tina Fey and the other performers during these hilarious skits. Thanks in advance!

Kind of painted Biden in a less then positive view, but it is comedy.

Mary Poppins parody just now was quite hilarious.

I loved when Biden was talking about Scranton, Pennsylvania. I was making fun of him the other day myself about his description of Scranton and I think the comedian nailed my impression. Well he even bumped it up a notch.

I'm a bet sad she didn't do the "Oh no Joe there you go!" line.

I didn't hear a word she said, but it was hilarious! ;)

Missed the opening, but the bailout press conference was hilarious, as was the bailout mention on Weekend Update. The Digital Short was good as usual.

I haven't watched SNL in years because its been so bad in recent years. I ended up watching last night due to the Killers being the musical guest and I was actually pleasantly surprised. I might give SNL a chance this season.

I enjoyed the new SNL Digital Short, haha.

But yeah, to stay on topic. Fey is definitely dead on as Palin.

We were really enjoying Biden's teeth. Obviously Tina Fey was the standout of the sketch, but Jason Sudekis is always great too.

And why you're at it, watch Mark Wahlberg talk to animals (http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/mark-wahlberg-talks-to-animals/727504/).

That was much funnier than I expected! But if we're gonna be talking animals, we'd better consult Brian Fellow (http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/brian-fellows-safari-planet-1243/2900/).

I've never found Fey to be all that attractive, but she's strangely so as Palin.

"Can I call you Joe? Good because I have a lot of lines prepared."

Spot-on impression by Palin, Joe was good too.

That was my favorite skit of the night. Sandberg is perfect as Wahlberg. I couldn't stop laughing long enough to hear what he was saying.

That Wahlberg sketch was funnier than it had any right to be.

If you close your eyes and imagine Michael Rappaport instead of Mark Wahlberg, it's still funny. :)
