ok, so I got around to playing and beating Uncharted recently.
(i'm new to the PS3 arena so forgive me).

It's a good game, very "bad action flick" type game... if it were made into a movie I would expect it to star Nicholas Cage. :)

I did enjoy it, but I have a question...

It seemed that once you hit the "treasure chamber" or more so once you hit the "bunker' that the difficulty goes from normal to fuck you with a corn cob in a matter of seconds.

Then something strange happened... during one of the last scenes I started pulling the trigger without aiming and seemed to one shot the bad guys with ease.
Is this a mechanic I accidentally missed until the end? Is this how people are maxing out the trophies?

Truth be told, I was playing on "Normal" my first time through and had to turn it down to "Easy" when I was in the Generator room because of all the insta deaths.

Oh, and I have 1 friend on PS3 (cause I must not be cool) so feel free to add TyGarish as a friend if you'd like... I'll know you came from CoG then and maybe I'll get to play some multiplayer for once on this damn rig!

You can "run and gun" without aiming. There's even a trophy for it (I think you have to kill 3 or 5 people using the technique - something like that). I think maybe you were a bit lucky because it's generally not that easy to kill people that way.

I enjoyed the game but the last fight was really annoying and spoiled it a bit for me.

Yeah, there's a trophy for run-and-gunning 20 people.

You didn't like the boss fight? I actually kind of liked it. The only thing that almost turned me off the game was the stupid "cursed" Spaniards. What was an otherwise decent story line HAD to get fucked by some sci-fi sounding bullshit. Outside of that, I loved it.

The last fight was probably the worst part of the game. Actually it was the only weak spot the game had. I need to play this game again soon. If only I could find the time :(

I played that game earlier this year but it seems like forever ago. I remember really enjoying it other than some of the stupidly frustrating platforming.
