Seeing as there isnt a sports forum up yet, I figured this would be the only place for this discussion. So Oscar De la Hoya and Manny Pacquiao are going at it this December. An intriguing match up, or a mismatch? Personally, I dont see how Oscar can beat Manny in this fight. DLH has the size advantage, but Manny is lightning fast, has power in both hands, and has an incredible will when he steps in the ring. My pick is Manny by KO in the late rounds. What do you guys think?

Dude...Manny's gonna get stomped. Mark my words.
And I love Manny, but that size advantage is just too much for him.
Oscar by decision....a monster decision.

You dont even think Oscar will knock him out?? Even with the size advantage?

I wouldn't fight Manny with a bat. No knock out.

Honestly, I don't follow boxing closely enough to have a legitimate guess, but I'll be cheering for Pac-man all the way. :)

You're still supposed to vote! This is America, after all! Uninformed voting is what we do.

I love Manny, since he's kababayan, but I think the size advantage is too much for him. De la Hoya by decision, but I'll be rooting for Pacquiao all the way.

I was in the 5th row for Pacquiao vs. Diaz back in June. You cannot appreciate this guy's speed and power until you see it live. Its amazing to say the least.

Like I've said before, I think De La Hoya has more than enough to despatch Pacman by KO. I think Pacquiao could easily shock De La Hoya, and even score a flash knockdown, after all his trainer should know at least one or two of his opponents weaknesses. He will give a good account of himself, but it won't be enough.

Pac-man was my favorite fighter on Fight Night Round 3, so I picked him by KO.
I thought De La Hoya retired and was working on a music career?

He's said he's looking to fight on after this fight. His future's obviously with Golden Boy as a promoter, but Richard Schaefer was talking about Hatton V De La Hoya at Wembley in front of 100,000 next year if they both win.
At a catch weight, I would like to see it.

I think its going to be Oscar fighting Paul Malignaggi at Madison Square Garden instead!

Hatton's more fun in general, especially when they do the in depth looks. He'd be fun to drink with.
