Custom Robo?

So, a long time ago, I played the shit out of a demo of the GC Custom Robo game, and always meant to play the full game but never got a gamecube.

Now I see there is a DS game in the series, and am curious as to whether it is the fun.

It's pretty solid. It's a cartoony, more light hearted, and arena based robot game play that is pretty standard but vacant on the DS. I had fun with it, nothing absolutely thrilling to make me keep coming back, but I'd say it's worth under $19.99. If you liked what they did in the demo, they have improved it two fold in the DS version.
