Ok, last weeks lists were pretty much MIA, but hopefully that was just the holiday. Come on people! It's not that hard to hit shuffle on your MP3 player and just post the first 10 things it spits out just so we can make fun of you for liking polka! And without further sleep deprived ramblings:

Bad Religion - Doing Time
Die Krupps - One (Remix)
Razed In Black - Oh My Goth! (Nubreak Virus Mix)
Mentallo & The Fixer - Story (Part One)
Out Out - Protoplasm
cEvin Key - 15th Shade
Haujobb - Net Culture (Instrumental)
Neutronic - Nitrous Greed
Terrorfakt - Pure
Tsugunai OST - Sanctuary Of Darkness

+1: Wumpscut - Irak1 (Second Take)

Great list......

1. Aphex Twin - Ptolemy
2. Nebula-H - Inhibition (feat. Aiboforcen) H02
3. Individual Totem - Present Island
4. Collide - Wings of Steel
5. Lords of Acid - Mixed Emotions
6. Acumen Nation - Bandroid
7. Dive vs. Diskonnekted - Frozen (Leaether Strip Mix)
8. Front Line Assembly - Target
9. Ultraviolence - The Reject
10. Faith and the Muse - Scars Flown Proud (Hong Kong Hotel Mix)

Huh, that Ultraviolence CD is a weird one, but that song is one of the better tracks on it. In the right mood, some of it can be good.

After buying the entire studio catalog of The Rolling Stones as part of a project for a gift for Christmas, I thought some of that would show up. Guess twenty-two albums is still just a drop in the bucket.

I really need to get some Collide, I've been meaning to for a while. It'd help if I had a bit more time to listen to music these days.....

Yeah, they're one of the more interesting darkwave bands, in my opinion. Mainly because most of their songs take a bit to get accustomed to, since they don't always have the standard verse-chorus-verse structure, but will change a bit throughout. Once you get over that, it's really enjoyable.

Don't they have a female vocuaast? I'm always up for another elector/industrial act with a good female vocalist, there aren't enough of them. Or am I thinking of some other band that starts with a C?

Yeah, they do. Sometimes I feel like I listen to mostly stuff with female vocalists, largely due to the influence of my wife.

Other good industrial/ebm with female vocalists:

Ayria (angsty industrial)
Hungry Lucy (leans more synthpop, also have some good acoustic stuff. I recently got "To Kill a King" and it's one of the best CD's I've bought in years)
Seize (more techno-y, but some excellent stuff, though the stuff they've been putting on their myspace page seems to be a bit more mellow)
Ego Likeness (darkwave, leans a bit more gothic)
Cylab (their studio albums are just okay, but their recent remix CD is one of the best industrial/ebm albums I've picked up in a while)
The Azoic (darkwave, more recent stuff is more dancey)
Aiboforcen (ebm)
Cosmic Ally (okay, okay, so it's technically Korean Techno, but the song "Paranoid" is one of the best songs I've heard in a while)
Swarf (good ebm/synthpop from the UK)
Epsilon Minus
Implant (this band and Epsilon Minus are recent discoveries, I don't have any of their albums, but they're on the short list of stuff to get next)

All of these are electronic bands with female vocalists, and some of them rank among my favorite bands. I'd encourage you to check as much of this out as you can.

Awesome, fred, I'm going to have to go digging. Right now all I've really got are Kidney Thieves, The Birthday Massacre (though they lean more towards 80's rock), The Genitorturers, and Luxt.

1. Psycho-Delicate (Medley) - Home Movies (soundtrack)

I miss Home Movies. At the drop of a hat I'll start singing songs from the show.

"Livin' like a bug ain't easy...my clothes don't seem to fit me...I have little tiny bugs feet...I don't really know what bugs eat..."

"I'm just a baker, and today is my birthday, and I just turned one years old, and I'm very cold, 'cause I just found out I'm a baker man, and I live inside this baker's can, with soft and pretty baker's hands, and I'm also...meeeeee"

And who can forget...
"Don't put marbles up your nose, do not put them in there do not put them there!"

You know, I've heard of all of those bands, but I'm not sure if I've heard much of their stuff. I need to check those out myself. Thanks for sharing.
