The CES Thread

Who else here is following CES? I haven't really kept up too much, but Samsung just announced a new line of LED backlit TV's (http://ces.cnet.com/8301-19167_1-10133696-100.html?tag=mncol;title) with integrated Yahoo widgets that look pretty impressive. The top end model has a 240hz refresh rate. Anyone else spot anything cool?

I'll be listening to some HDTV podcasts to get a summary of the events. This year is a little different for me because I'm not really in the market for any electronics, so I'm not keeping as up to date as I usually do.

Though, I have seen some nice network media players...wireless speakers...but mainly, I'm eying the network media stuff.

I just watched the MS Keynote. Lots of cool things - Windows 7 Beta on Friday and open to the public.

Primtime channel coming to Xbox Live in the spring (1 Vs. 100), Halo Wars hits on 2/28 with a demo on 2/5.
