Japanese comedy (owarai) at its finest. If you're not familiar with Gaki, it involves ridiculously funny games between comedians, most of them involving painful or embarrassing punishments for losing. Don't worry about the language barrier, it's mostly nonexistent for their brand of comedy.
This one isn't on Hulu, but it's probably the most well-known of their Batsu games.

The 24-hour tag episode is great. I love the Japanese. :D
Denpa Shonen is intriguing as well, I wish they would add more Nasubi episodes.
Also on Hulu.

One can only hope that Silent Library arrives on Hulu.

I love these shows. Thanks for pointing out that there are some on hulu now.
This is probably my favorite but it doesn't look like it's from the same show. Intro ends at ~1.00 best part starts around 3:20.

Edit: Swapped the video for one that wasn't cut off at the end.

Why can't we import a sense of humor like the Japanese? It seems that's somewhat "region locked."

I love the concept of comedians trying to be funny to each other. This is great.

Man, I'm watching the second episode of the 24 hour tag and I can see I'm going to be up late watching more. I'm loving the fact that they provide subtitles since it's just that much more hilarious. Lance Uppercut deserves some kind of medal for pointing this out.
