I just got a DS Lite for Christmas and the only game I have for it is Final Fantasy III. I'm looking for someone to swap friend codes with so I can send them some mail using the in-game Mognet system - I read that this is the only way to unlock the Onion Knight job class.

Anybody out there with a DS and FFIII want to swap codes?

I have it, but not with me. I'll be home later this afternoon, tough. If no one else has posted in the meantime, I'll hit you up then.

Did you ever have someone send you a code? I a copy somewhere and i need to find it. I'm thinking of picking it up again if I can remember what I was doing and why...which isn't likely but that's what Gamefaqs is for.

Sorry, I was going to send the code, but I got home and the cartridge isn't in the case. I'm not sure what happened to it. There may have never been one in there, since I think that's the first time I've opened it since I bought it.

Added! Now we just have to get lucky enough to catch each other while we're playing.

I'll be starting this on my lunch break today, where do I find my friend code in the game? I'll post it here if there's anyone still interested.

I try. :)

And I'm just waiting for the thread to start bitching that I didn't use Raise II. ;)

Well, I actually got into this last night for more than the 20 minutes I'd been able to play it over the past few days. Other than being pretty old school (needing to grind for 15 minutes before going into the first real dungeon) I'm enjoying it. There's some interface things I don't like (no real info on the jobs ingame), but its a solid little game. That, and for me, it's just packed with little bits of nostalgia as a long time Final Fantasy fan.

I'll have to check out the whole friend code thing tonight, I just got to a moogle so I think I can check my friend code now.
