"Let's Tap" game-for-penguins screens released

Apparently Yuji Naka, Sonic guy, is working on some sort of mini-game based game for the Wii.

I don't really understand the whole "game that penguins can play" thing. Are we supposed to roll the controller around on the floor? Do we regurgitate fish on the controller later?
