You're very talented. I specifically love the third set of hats. I can't knit anything myself, so...

...Would you have any tips? How do I get started?

Would you make me a hat? And maybe a caddy for my iTouch? And fingerless gloves?

To tell you the truth apparently I'm not the best person for advice I learned how from a youtube video. The dummies books are also awesome as they illustrate how to do each of the stitches.

Can't make fingerless gloves yet still trying to learn how. Would love to make you a hat and/or caddy for your iTouch PM me.

You know how we would laugh at our grannies for things like toaster coasies?

I so want a knit Ipod cosie.

I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic about wanting an ipod cosie following your grandma comment, but I frequently make fun of myself for doing old lady crafts. :)

Go here (http://geekcentralstation.blogspot.com/2008/11/god-of-cute.html) to see more photos, including the severed Medusa head he comes with.

That guy (http://superpunch.blogspot.com/) always has some awesome stuff up. Just enter crochet in the search bar on the right.

I love crochet! I can't knit worth a damn, but I can't count how many crochet hats and scarves I've made over the years. Used to be I'd make a new slew of scarves each winter :)

Can you make the crochet stuffed animals? I want to try doing that after I'm done making the other stuff I'm committed to. I love the different scarves you can make with crochet. I make one that is called the one skein scarf and it is really cute. The pattern is from the Stitch N' Bitch: Crochet Happy Hooker book.

Dare you to make a crochet bra and have purple santa wear it for the pantyless thread (since I know you will throw the Stitch N' Bitch: Crochet Happy Hooker book at my face if I suggested you wear it instead). :p

Nothing wrong with that! This site could use some more feminine energy.

Oh boy here it comes.

You have some odd fantasies there Mr. OW, very odd. But i'm flattered you have them about me. I must say you do like ugly men don't you :D

I wouldn't wear it because I don't wear bikinis I don't think they make the bikini in santa's size. I could prolly get my sister to wear one but she is underage so that won't happen. If I get ambitious and make one I might be able to talk my cousin into modeling it for me.

Did you miss the thread on knitting that I didn't start? It can't be too girly as I recall aren't you one of the people who wanted to win my scarf?:D

I have a very Creative mind, and you were only a mean to an end. :p

If you're going to crochet the crochets, you got to walk the walk. What better ways to model off your crocheting while walking with it on? :D

I feel so used. Our night meant nothing to you...bastard :p

However, clothes designers design their lines but never model them. Just cause someone is a "hooker" doesn't mean they have to wear the wares ;)

Are the crocheters on ravelry? hummm?

I don't see either of you in our mostly non existant CoG group on there... :p

Also, to stay on the topic of crochet... A new knitty friend of mine basically ordered me to relearn how to crochet, she even sat me down and told me to show her what I remembered. I can still do it but my tension is all wacky. Too used to holding yarn in my right hand.

Edit: Um I guess I am waiting for an invitation and will find out in 3 days

It's the best site ever, I had to wait a month to get on it :(

Sooo addictive.

Stashes, projects, patterns (free and for sale), designers, groups, forums, pictures, found a super sexy scarf tonight (knitting though).

I will make, I will call it "Precious, My Precious" <cackles>

That scarf is gorgeous, I don't have nearly enough knitting skills to make it though. I would buy one though...

That one would actually be easier to make than the colorwork scarf I made with the orc head. It's just two yarns done with stranded color rather than intarsia.

btw, crochet animals art seems to be called amigurumi
Amigurumi (編み包み ?, lit. Knitted stuffed toy) is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures.
