How much do graphics really matter? We all know that the experience is paramount, but how much of that experience is informed by the graphics and design of a game? Think back to your favorite game and try to imagine it with mediocre (or worse) visuals, and you begin to see what I mean. They can't take the place of gameplay, but they can enhance and expand on it. This category seeks to recognize the greats from this past year, in both graphics and design.
