Nintendo of America is holding their press conference right now (http://www.joystiq.com/2008/10/02/joystiq-live-from-nintendos-fall-media-summit/). Looks like High Voltage finally found a publisher for The Conduit.

12:35PM: Looks like The Conduit's struggle with finding a publisher is over – Cammie just called it a "first-party" title.Guess that explains why the lead developer said they have to use friend codes for online play. :rolleyes:

Welp, guess I'll play locally and single player. Hope it sells well for them, though.

I dislike this. I doubt Nintendo will market The Conduit well, and now we'll have to use Friend Codes to play online. :(
