Just got back....

and oh my god, Metallica kicked my ass. It was so many kinds of awesome a number hasn't been made for it yet. The Sword was great as an opener. Down was kick ass as expected. James Hetfield and Robert Trujillo came out and jammed with Down on their last song Bury Me in Smoke which was great and unexpected. I'll post the whole set list tomorrow. Tonight's encore was Last Caress, Hit the Lights and Seek and Destroy. I didn't get any pics during the show because A) they were cracking down hard on cammeras and B) it was kind of hard for me to take my phone out any time. Got a few before the show though.

This is the sign that a guy made that I signed before the show...I'm the signature above the last A on the right side. It'll be hanging in the Metallica HQ forever now.

Finally, this is my view from the show. If the place looks empty it's probably because I was the fourth in line to get in (in the first line they let in).
