For the (real) football fans out there, who would you love to see relegated from the English Premier League? Let's be realistic, though. I mean, I would love to see Liverpool and Manchester United relegated, but it will never happen.

That being said, I'm going to go for:

Newcastle United (I've hated them for a long, long time)
Aston Villa (I hate Martin O'Neill)
Blackburn Rovers (I can't stand Paul Ince)

foot.... balll? Dont you mean soccer?

Sorry, this is about as much effort as I'm can put into this thread. I dont follow the EPL at all, or any soccer for that matter. :p

Newcastle (no explanation needed)
Blackburn (I dislike Souness that much)

But to be honest I stopped watching the Premiership this year because I am so fucking tired of all the billionaires coming in and ruining any fair play. It's like when the Olympics banned amateurs. The strength of your community, academy and so on are worth nothing in comparison to whether some money wielding human rights violator is bankrolling your club. So I would choose those clubs, so:

Man city, United, Newcastle, Chelsea, Villa, Portsmouth, Liverpool, etc.

Noooo...not Blackburn...

For some reason, over my years of playing Championship Manager, I've always chosen the underdogs because I found the big teams too easy/too much to handle. I worked them up from the second division :)

Yes, most my club knowledge comes from games.

Now...ask me about Germany's team and I'll know much more :)

The Detroit Lions.

Maybe they would actually have a winning season if they switched sports.

I've been in the beta for Football Manager Live for a long time now, and it's pretty damn awesome. You should try it out if you get a chance.

Thanks...thanks a lot...you would think that, at this time of year, I have little time to play all the great games out there...and then you point me towards this :(

I guess I can take out Dwarf Fortress for a while...

What can I say? Quit wasting your time playing with these kids games and hit up FM Live for some real gaming, with not a gun in sight.

Pfft...not a gun in sight? What if I take a team from a South American country?

As a Sunderland fan, I concur. Big time. :D
