Add CoGWaW to your friends list if you want some World at War co-op or multiplayer.:)

If I don't accept the friend request within a day or so, PM me here and I will make sure to do it.

Sorry man, but I was just setting up the gamertag for it. :(

I just started the campaign and am planning on doing a solo playthrough, then maybe trying out the multiplayer afterwards. I'll add it in a little while.

Working on doing the campaign solo for now. Though, I think I'll definitely add that to the list. Looking forward to the multiplayer albeit while I still play CoD 4.

Blew through the campaign once (albiet, at too-nancy-for-Veteran-mode) mainly to get teh zombahs in a hurry. But I'm up for a little co-op if you get lonely. ;)

ok, "Blew through" is a bit misleading. Even on the easier levels, the WaW campaign was more difficult (for me) than the CoD4 was. :o More like "die repeatedly, drag my sorry ass through..."

Added the tag. Lemme in, Kiel! :D

I wonder if the COD:WaW community will run as strong as long as COD:4 did. I can only hope, as I wont be picking this up for about a month.

My short answer to this would be 'no'. The majority of the people I played CoD4 with on a nightly basis didn't even buy this game. I don't foresee it having a very long life, but I hope I'm wrong.

A lot of us are either playing GoW2, or L4D. Personally I was thinking about getting the game after playing the beta, but then went back to playing CoD4 and saw how much I liked the setting better in 4 than 5. From what I hear though Nazi Zombie killing is fun.

I haven't gotten too far in the campaign yet, and I'm on Normal. It took me about an hour to get the "Firestarter" achievement because I thought I was in the perfect spot for it (where you have to clear all four mortar pits), but it still took some effort for me to get through it.

I completely forgot about the Death Cards, too, so I didn't remember to look for any in the first few levels. I'm sure I've already missed a ton.

Looking forward to zombies though! :)

You're right. This is way more difficult than CoD4 was. I feel like the CoD4 campaign was a breeze compared to this.

I completely forgot that Kiefer Sutherland and Gary Oldman did the voices of Roebuck and Reznov until tonight when I was playing. Joey walked in and heard Roebuck say something and said, "Ha, that's definitely Kiefer." Then I remembered they did the voices and said, "Gary Oldman must be the Russian!" Joey said, "That must be why you liked Reznov so much."

It was really just because he gave me the sniper rifle before the sniping mission. :p

Well sure, unless you're a glutton for punishment and want to go through it with a pistol. ;)

I have to go back and take another crack at the Professional. Too ingrained to reload in the middle of the takedown. ;)

Right now, it's too early for another campaign playthrough for me. I just finished it tonight. Even though Reznov was so brutal, I loved him. I'm glad the campaign ended with the Russians. :p

I played splitscreen Nazi Zombie mode tonight with a friend, and we were only able to get as far as wave 11 before it got late and we got tired. I wish there were more stages on which to play. It got kind of tiring constantly starting over at the same place.

I wonder if there's a better thread for this discussion than the matchmaking thread. :p

Mmmm... seeing as this weekend is a double XP weekend, we should get some groups together for some action.
