It is. I am guessing it was meant to be a W, standing for either White house or George W. Still hilarious.

EDIT: After reading the article, I am guessing quite a few of the people there knew what it was, but I doubt GW did.

Nope, that's pretty much the classic West Coast gang sign, as long as you cross your middle two fingers. They have the shocker down at in the photo.

FIRST we traveled into the FUTURE to attain CoG shirts as they don't exist, then we went to the past and replaced our EvAv shirts with CoG shirts, thus splitting off an alternate universe in which CoG existed months earlier than expected prompting the National "Gamer political party" to nominate the CoG founders as the US board of executives who win in a landslide victory against the presidency establishing world peace via Child's Play, and unifying the world under the Coalition of Governments.... :eek: strange.
