Gears of War 3 - Insane 4 Player Co-Op

Looking for 3 others that want to go after the 4 player Co-Op achievement on Insane, in one day.

I doubt I'd ever find 3 others that could work around each others schedules to get it done, so I want to find a few people that can do a marathon day some weekend.

Do I need to have insane unlocked or only the host needs it unlocked? I'm just starting act 5 this weekend. If I don't have to have it unlocked I could play Saturday starting at 11:30 am pst.

i beat hardcore last night and tried insane, I played for like 20-25 minutes and couldn't even get to the tutorial on how to chainsaw (on the deck of the ship right after you equip your weapons). The difference between the two levels is like night and day. I'm scared to get it all together just because it's so hard I don't want to screw everyone over. Haha. One thing I'm worried about too, is that I was never "downed" on Insane, I just died. I REALLY hope it's not like that in co-op because it would literally be impossible.
