We've previously been told that Mirrors Edge will have exclusive PS3 downloadable content. Turns out, the 360 is getting Mirror's Edge downloadable content too.
Hopefully, this clears it up (http://www.gamecyte.com/mirrors-edge-pc-dated-january-2009):
Why EA would promise both PS3 and Xbox 360 owners fresh DLC, when everybody knows that Mirror’s Edge PS3 is getting the exclusive? We asked our friendly neighborhood EA representative. “It’s downloadable content for both platforms,” a spokesperson told GameCyte.
While PS3 might well have some token exclusive DLC (just look at how EA is handling Dead Space), DLC in and of itself will apparently not be exclusive. So, the exclusive content is no more exclusive that the Dead Space type of packs (http://www.colonyofgamers.com/cogforums/showthread.php?t=2299) for each system. Don't feel pressured to get one version over the other for DLC. Instead, consider other factors such as which controller you prefer, or if you want achievements or trophies.
