Tagging questions.

I am curious as to whether or not the following things could be implemented.

I'm wondering if users could:



add more than two tags to a thread (three, perhaps)
add tags on threads that they did not create

And most importantly,


expand the tagging function to include threads outside the news subforum.

I...thought all these things were there already. I've tagged threads in Console Gaming, Deals, Handheld. I thought the limit was 5 tags. Not sure about adding tags to other threads.

Looks like one can add tags to threads in News (Edit Tags), but only if there's at least one tag available (less than 5). Outside of news, you can add up to 5 tags to your own threads.

Everything's there except the ability of adding tags to threads you didn't create.
