recently found the comics apps on ipad2 and fear i'm going to spend a fortune on G.I. Joe comics (a fave growing up - and they have the classic ones listed).

Going to start off with the infestation series and civil war(ongoing) and I want to know if purchasing a comic through the app applies to my cc on itunes account.

If it does then my second question is instead of using my cc for individual purchases if I buy an itunes card, say $50, will purchases use that as a declining balance?

Almost any kind of in-app purchase applies to whatever cc you have tied to your itunes account. I don't know for certain on your second question, but my guess would be yes.

Yes, the itunes card is a substitute for those without a credit card. Purchases deduct from the value.

I've been using Comic Zeal (http://www.comiczealapp.com/) for my .cbr files. Works perfectly.

I use comic book lover for both my Mac and my iPad. Costs for the Mac, but free on the iPad.
