Booooooooo! Read the post, Duke, it's the same sequence but this time someone is actually playing it, it's not the scripted sequence that was in that trailer they released. The video was just posted on 12/23. :) Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze! :p

I had the same feeling. It does looks a lot more polished than 1 though, but yeah.
Looks great, only thing I;m not thta sure of is the melee bit. It didn't look bad, but I wonder why he needs it and the camera loses all sense of shit happening around you.
I will probably buy this at one point but next year is already packed. Was there a date already?

Hmm, not sure I'm a fan of explosion then slow mo, melee then slow mo, hit by rocket then slow mo, getting hit by helicopter then slow mo. Maybe it really doesn't happen that often but they just made that happen more to give you a chance to enjoy the eye candy.
Infamous' biggest weakness in my opinion was the lack of variety (and the sometimes wonky sticking to the wrong thing when jumping). If they can fix that then the game will be great.

I remember reading that they are adding more aesthetic variety to the wards of their 'New Orleans' lookalike city, including swampland and such.
